Directions

NEPHM 2025 will take place in the Paul J. DiMare Center (formerly New Education and Research Building, NERB) at UMass Memorial Medical Center, 55 Lake Ave North, Worcester, MA 01655.

  • Note that the check-in and conference locations are in separate buildings. A campus map is below for your reference, showing the parking garage, check-in building, and conference venue.
  • Upon arrival, please check in at the Lazare Research Building entrance. Prior to your arrival, you'll receive a QR code via text message or email, which you'll need to present at check-in.
  • After check-in, please head to the NERB Building (Paul J. DiMare Center) where the conference will be held. Our staff will be outside the NERB Building to assist you.

Parking

Please park in the South Road patient parking garage, and remember to bring your parking ticket with you. A parking voucher will be provided during the conference.

Lodging

The Beechwood Hotel offers participants the UMass rate of $208.00 per night. To receive this rate, participants must mention that they are attending a UMass conference.
